This privacy policy sets out how Class Belt Buckle Co. uses and protects any information that you give Class Belt Buckle Co. when you use this website.  Class Belt Buckle Co. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, including purchase of products, internal record keeping, and promotional emails.  We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.  We will never sell or give your information to anybody!

Security 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Design and Images

All designs, images, photos for all buckles or products are owned by Class Belt Buckle Co.  This includes all custom designed buckles and products.  Any fee paid for custom designs is for the development of that design and not for ownership of that design.   

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.  You will be asked to agree to these terms when creating an account and every time you make a purchase.  An account cannot be created without your acceptance of these terms.

Policy for Debit Payment via ACH

In this agreement "you" or "your" refers to the individual customer or company/organization you represent and have lawful authority to authorize one or more transactions with American Silversmiths.

This Agreement: 

- Governs ACH transactions initiated by American Silversmiths to credit or debit you or the company you are representing.

- Provides authorization for one or more ACH transactions to be initiated by American Silversmiths when authorized using the methods designated below. 

- Will remain in effect until you or your company cancels it in writing.

Both parties agree to be bound by Nacha Operating Rules as they pertain to all ACH transactions initiated by American Silversmiths that credit or debit your personal or company bank account listed in your account. Both parties acknowledge that the origination of the ACH transactions to the listed account must comply with provisions of the U.S. Law. Both parties agree that this agreement, in conjunction with any of the designated methods, constitutes authorization to debit you or your company's bank account.You or the company you are representing agree not to dispute any debits with its bank- provided the transaction(s) correspond to the terms indicated in this agreement.

I authorize American Silversmiths to initiate ACH debits and credits to the bank account indicated above, provided each transaction is initiated according to the terms of this agreeement.

If I am purchasing on behalf of a company/organization, I certify that I am an authorized representative of the company indicated in my account and that I have the authority to enter into this agreement on the company's behalf. I understand that this authorization remains in effect until it is cancelled in writing. I agree to notify American Silversmiths in writing at least 30 days in advance of any changes in the company's account information or termination of this authorization.


Coupons and Discounts

We do not combine discounts and or coupons.  You are entitled to receive the lowest price but may not combine or piggyback them. 

Order Information and Return Policy

These are hand made products so you will see slight differences from the picture or mockup which we believe add to their beauty and show that all of the engraving and assembling of these products are done by hand by our craftsmen.  Design elements will vary slightly and no two buckles will be exactly alike.  If your Class Belt Buckles pieces are not within the parameters of your mockups we will repair or replace them.  Class Belt Buckle Co. reserves the right to determine what items may be repaired or replaced.  

Almost all of our products are made to order Class Belt Buckles pieces. Once an order is placed our work begins.  Designing your Class Belt Buckles, creating art work, and making sure we get it right before we start production.  For this reason we do not offer a full refund once an order is placed.  If an order is canceled for any reason before we start production we will refund 65% of the purchase price plus shipping.  Once production has started we do not offer a refund for any reason and all sales will be final.  If you have questions about what your finished product will look like please ask prior ordering or approving artwork.

We always work with our customers and we will make sure you are happy with your design and purchase.

Delivery Information

For in stock items we ship within five working days.  Production on custom items begins after the design is approved and the item is paid for.  Custom work takes time.  We quote 60 days for production of custom pieces.  Please keep this in mind when ordering. 

We ship via USPS first class mail and Priority Mail.  All order over $750 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
